The Story

The Kaisagat farm is a 2-acre plot owned by Jane Kuruswo, located directly across from the Kolobus farm. Together they form a family coffee project spanning generations. Like Kolobus, bananas and avocados are intercropped here, providing shade, healthy soil, and biodiversity.

Flavor Profile

AA: Bright acidity with notes of citrus, jasmine, and caramel.
AB: Softer and sweeter, with hints of honey and milk chocolate.
