The Story

The Kaisagat farm is a 2-acre plot owned by Jane Kuruswo, located directly across from the Kolobus farm. They are similar and share knowledge over generations. Like Kolobus, bananas and avocados are intercropped here, providing shade, healthy soil, and biodiversity.

Flavor Profile

AA: Bright acidity with notes of citrus, jasmine, and caramel.
AB: Softer and sweeter, with hints of honey and milk chocolate.
